Sci-Tech will be opening a TK class this year! It will be a small class, so spaces are limited.

Children born between September 2, 2010 and December 2, 2010 are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten.

Our TK program will be an extension of the “hands-on, minds-on” philosophy that drives our program. Children will be exposed to literacy and numeracy concepts through science, art, technology, play, and a variety of fun and educational experiences.

Application is attached, or in our school office. All applications must be returned to Sci-Tech, they may be faxed, emailed or sent through regular mail.

This amazing life-size adult Pteranodon and baby now hang in the Sci-Tech library - thanks to our awesome PTO!! Pteranodon was a flying reptile that lived 75 million to 85 million years ago during the Upper Cretaceuos period. Pteranodon means "winged and toothless." The wingspan of the model in our library is 22 feet! Pteranodons were carnivors and fed on fish, mollusks, crabs, insects, and carcasses of dinosaurs and other animals.

Thank you, PTO!!

Collaboration Days

Sci-Tech's calendar is slightly different than the district's calendar. Sci-Tech does not have minimum Wednesdays. Instead, there are 5 Collaboration Days when teachers are working but students do not have school.
